The Know Your Farmer Experience is a unique celebration of regenerative farming, local food, conservation and heritage, hosted by Seaview Farms on Northern Ireland’s spectacular North Coast. From the oldest sand dunes in Ireland and the banks of the River Bann to the iconic Mussenden Temple and Downhill Demesne, guests will enjoy exclusive access to the landscapes, people and stories that shape this remarkable place.

Throughout the day, you’ll meet the farmers behind your food, witness skilled sheepdogs at work, learn how conservation and food production thrive together, and gain a deeper understanding of regenerative farming in practice. The experience culminates with an exceptional banquet in the historic dairy at Hezlett House, showcasing the finest North Coast produce, including Seaview Farms’ own 18-hour slow-smoked beef.

Farm Tour Experience – £150 per guest

Go behind the farm gate and discover the landscapes, heritage and farming practices that make this part of the North Coast so unique. Enjoy guided farm tours, conservation grazing demonstrations, sheepdog displays, visits to Mussenden Temple and Downhill Demesne, and the opportunity to meet the farmers behind the food. Please note: banquet dinner not included.

Know Your Farmer Banquet – £70 per guest

Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating exceptional local food, regenerative farming and great company. Held in the historic dairy at Hezlett House, this intimate banquet features 18-hour slow-smoked brisket from Seaview Farms, seasonal salads, local vegetables and carefully selected North Coast produce. A unique dining experience where great food, local stories and community come together.
